Refund Policy — The Stylish Loafer

We operate a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@the-stylish-loafer.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
