Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. This applies when the customer ordered the wrong item, the item does not fit, or they no longer wish to keep it. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

In the rare case an item arrives defective or incorrect, please contact us and we will review the return shipping cost on a case-by-case basis.

How to Return an Item

2. Pack your item: Carefully repack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documents.

Refund Process
